What happens if Alaska Wild Lights cancels or modifies the tour?
Guest safety is our top priority. We may modify or cancel a tour due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund. Partial disruptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations for full refunds are accepted up to 24 hours days before the tour. You may call to reschedule a tour within 24 hours but no refunds will be honored beyond that point.
What if I’m late to the pick-up?
Please call our office as soon as possible between 9am and 5pm Alaska time at 907-712-4529. Because this is a small-group experience with limited departures, late arrivals may not be able to join once the tour has begun.
