From there, the journey continues to the University of Alaska Museum of the North, a world-class institution that captures the essence of Alaska through art, science, and natural history. • A minimum number of guests is required for the tour to run.
• If the minimum is not reached and the tour must be canceled, you will receive a full refund.
• Pick-up occurs between 9:00am & 9:30am.
• You will be contacted the day prior to your tour with a precise pick-up time.
• Drop-off occurs between 6:00pm & 6:30pm.

Complimentary Transportation — Guest Refusal Policy
Alaska Wild Lights provides complimentary round-trip hotel transportation for eligible tours as a courtesy to our guests. Guests who decline, refuse, or otherwise do not utilize this service acknowledge the following:

• Refusal or non-use of complimentary transportation does not constitute grounds for a refund, discount, or price adjustment of any kind.
• Guests who arrange independent transportation assume full responsibility for their own arrival, including navigation, timing, and any costs incurred.
• Guests are solely responsible for arriving on time and locating their guide upon arrival. Alaska Wild Lights will not delay a tour departure, hold a vehicle, or send a guide to locate guests who have arranged independent transportation.
• Alaska Wild Lights assumes no responsibility or liability for the quality, completeness, or outcome of any guest experience resulting from their refusal or non-use of provided transportation.
• Tours will depart as scheduled regardless of whether all guests utilizing independent transportation have arrived.
• Refusal of transportation at any stage, whether before or on the day of the tour, is non-refundable and non-compensable.
• If one member of a party refuses transportation, no adjustments, refunds, or tour delays will be made on behalf of the refusing guest. The remainder of the party’s experience is unaffected.
• Guests who intend to arrange independent transportation must notify the Alaska Wild Lights office no later than 3:00pm the day before their scheduled tour. Failure to do so may result in a delayed departure at the guide’s discretion, for which Alaska Wild Lights assumes no responsibility.
• Guests arriving late due to independent transportation arrangements — including but not limited to road conditions, navigation errors, or vehicle issues — will not be eligible for a refund, a tour delay, or a modified experience.
• Guests staying in non-hotel accommodations (VRBO, Airbnb, private rentals, etc.) must confirm their nearest eligible pickup location with the Alaska Wild Lights office no later than 3:00pm the day prior to their tour. Transportation to unconfirmed or ineligible locations cannot be guaranteed, and failure to coordinate in advance does not constitute grounds for a refund.
